He wrote When I woke up this morning, I was expecting to see a letter of resignation from the Project Coordinator Prof. Nenibarini Zabbey and BOT Chairman Emmanuel Deeyah of HYPREP,  over the recent collapse of  the water tank which they commissioned four days ago. Quite sad, they are still there as it is the Nigerian case. It is shameful how these men would get away with this.
