FOOTBALLER'S GIRLFRIEND CANCELED THE WEDDING UPON LEARNING THAT THE ASSETS WERE IN THE MOTHER'S NAME | #RWGBLOG

A Bundesliga star, Victor Boniface, has reportedly been dumped by his longtime girlfriend after a disagreement over financial arrangements—despite the couple already making plans for their wedding.

Boniface, who has been battling a goal drought in recent weeks, is now facing heartbreak off the pitch as reports suggest that a prenuptial agreement triggered the end of his relationship.

According to AfricanHub, Boniface’s girlfriend, Jensen, insisted on signing a pre-nuptial agreement. However, she was said to be shocked upon discovering that all of the footballer’s assets—including his house, car, and finances—are legally registered in his mother’s name. This arrangement would leave her with no claim to his property in the event of a divorce.

Sources reveal that upon learning this, Jensen decided to call off their four-year relationship.

Reacting to the development, a commentator wrote: “My brother, we Nigerians are super proud of you. Women are now going into marriage with the high hopes of divorce.”

Boniface, who has been linked with a potential transfer to Manchester United, has yet to publicly comment on the reported breakup.
