Music minister Bobby Steve has cautioned youths against trolling or attacking pastors and Christian ministers on social media, noting that it is easy for people to criticize and point out faults from a distance.

In a post shared on his Facebook page in the early hours of Thursday, December 18, 2025, Bobby Steve urged young people to concentrate on their personal callings and channel their energy into meaningful pursuits. He also encouraged them to seek divine guidance through prayer to avoid temptation and evil.
His message comes amid the recent online backlash and criticism directed at Pastor Chris Okafor and other clergymen.

According to the music minister, fame, wealth, and spiritual influence come with enormous pressure that many outsiders fail to understand. He warned that those who mock or celebrate the misfortune of others often end up facing similar challenges themselves, emphasizing the importance of humility, restraint, and prayer.
