ONGOING EMPOWERMENT INITIATIVE: HON. OROLOSAMA GRANTS SCHOLARSHIPS TO OVER THIRTY STUDENTS ACROSS ALL LEVEL

The former Caretaker Chairman of ASALGA, Rivers State, has once again demonstrated his philanthropic spirit by awarding scholarships to over 30 students across primary, secondary school and university levels.

You will recall that on January 12, 2025, Hon. Amachree Orolosama distributed millions of naira in cash gifts to youths, women groups, and community leaders as part of efforts to strengthen grassroots empowerment in the area.

While addressing parents and beneficiaries, Hon. Orolosama assured them that the scholarship scheme would be expanded to accommodate more students and youths in the future.

He also appealed for their continued support for Governor Sir Siminalayi Fubara and his own leadership to ensure the continuity of what he described as good governance and people-oriented programmes.

He further noted that certain forces were working to destabilize the administration of the Rivers State Governor, urging the people to remain steadfast and stand firmly behind Governor Fubara.

Hon. Orolosama concluded by calling for calm among residents, expressing confidence that the struggle would ultimately end in victory.
