PRESIDENT TRUMP HAS ANNOUNCED, AFTER IRAN, CUBA, MEXICO IS NEXT TO EXPERIENCE GREAT CHANGE.
Trump to Mexican President: Hand Over the Cartels or We Will
March 7, 2026 – President Trump delivered a blunt message to Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum today, praising her personally before dropping the hammer: the United States will not tolerate cartel control of Mexico any longer.
In a direct video statement, Trump said, “She’s a good woman, very smart, very tough. I like her. But the cartels run your country. That ends now. Either Mexico eradicates them or we will.”
The remarks come after Mexico extradited 37 high-level cartel figures to the U.S. in January but firmly rejected any American military presence on its soil. A recent joint operation targeting the Jalisco New Generation Cartel, assisted by U.S. intelligence, produced results but fell far short of the decisive action Trump demands.
With over 107,000 Americans dying annually from fentanyl overdoses tied to Mexican cartels, the President made clear that patience has run out. The White House views the current level of cooperation as insufficient against an enemy that treats the border as a business corridor.
Trump’s line is simple and unmistakable: compliments will not substitute for results. Mexico must dismantle the cartels – or Washington will finish the job itself.
