FEDERAL HIGH COURT ADJOURNED LEKE ABEJIDE'S SUIT AGAINST ADC, RALPH, MARK, AREGBESOLA AND INEC TO TOMORROW FOR JUDGEMENT
The Federal High Court in Abuja, presided over by Hon. Justice Liman, has adjourned the high-profile case with Suit No.FHC/ABJ/CS/1637/2025 between Leke Abejide (Plaintiff) and the African Democratic Congress (ADC), Ralph Nwosu, Mark, Aregbesola, and the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) (Defendants) to Tuesday, April 14, 2026, for judgment.
The matter, which was slated for hearing today, was stood down and formally adjourned to tomorrow for the delivery of judgment.
